Benefine Organic, NOP-Compiant Pellet Endive Seeds

Our trials yielded uniform dense heads of finely cut leaves. Heads were well blanched when planted at 6-8 inch spacing, with very little rot or tip burn. Can be cut and sold as whole heads, or cut repeatedly to be used in a salad mix, adding bright white color, subtle bitter sweetness, and loft and weight. Resists bolting even in hot summer days.
