Cover Crop - Barley Organic Seeds

Very similar to winter cereal rye, Barley has lower straw strength and more frost kill, which may work well if rye gets to woody or vigorous. Needs slightly higher temps to germ than rye with a possibility of more volunteering post-harvest, and more susceptibility to lodging and flood damage.
