Heat-loving, Asian vining plant with dark red stems and glossy green leaves. Trellis transplanted or direct-seeded plants and harvest leaves and tender young stems for salads or stir-fries. Leaves have similar flavor and texture to Swiss chard. Red Vines can be sown in trays for stunning microgreens.
